1. Service Description

AIO Automatic provides automated SEO optimization services, including but not limited to: AI-powered content generation, keyword research, rank tracking, schema markup, meta optimization, image optimization, internal linking automation, YouTube optimization, and multi-brand SEO management.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and website information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining appropriate access to your websites and platforms
  • The content generated and published using our service

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

AIO Automatic offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Solo: $47/month - 1 Brand
  • Pro: $97/month - 5 Brands
  • Agency: $197/month - 15 Brands
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - Unlimited Brands

All features are included at every tier. The only difference between plans is the number of brands you can manage.

Credits: Credits are purchased separately and are not included in subscription plans. All credit usage is paid from the first operation. You may also bring your own API keys (BYOK) to bypass the credit system entirely. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the subscription. No credit card is required to start. Important: The free trial applies to the subscription only—all credit usage is paid from the first operation. You may also use your own API keys (BYOK) during the trial to avoid credit costs. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to continue using the service.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the subscription has been activated or credits have been purchased. We encourage users to take full advantage of the free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Generate spam, malware, or harmful content

7. Limitations of Liability

AIO Automatic is not responsible for any changes to your website's search rankings, traffic, or sales. SEO results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and website quality. We provide tools and automation to assist with SEO, but we do not guarantee specific ranking results.

8. Intellectual Property

Content generated using our AI tools becomes your property upon creation. However, the AIO Automatic platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains the intellectual property of AIO Automatic. White-label users may present the platform under their own branding but do not acquire ownership rights to the underlying technology.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
