Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AIO Automatic provides a done-for-you AI search visibility service (also called GEO or AEO). Using our proprietary software, our team performs work on your behalf, which may include: AI crawler and visibility audits, technical fixes (llms.txt, robots.txt, sitemaps, schema markup), AI Spider indexing runs, answer-ready content creation, interlinking, and tracking of AI rank, share of voice, citations and sentiment, with weekly updates and monthly reports.

AIO Automatic is not sold as self-serve software. Clients do not purchase software licenses, subscriptions to a dashboard, or usage credits.

2. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver the service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your business, services, service area and proof points
• Providing website access (or a contact for your web provider) so approved fixes can be implemented
• Providing Google Search Console or analytics access where available and relevant
• Reviewing and approving business facts and content where we request approval
• Ensuring the products and services you offer comply with applicable laws

3. Pricing and Payment

The service is offered at two price points for the same scope of work:

• Annual: $1,500 per month on an annual subscription
• Month-to-month: $2,000 per month, with no annual commitment

4. Free Baseline Audit

Prospective clients may request a free baseline audit comparing their AI visibility against a top competitor. The audit carries no obligation. Billing is arranged directly with you only after fit and access are confirmed; no payment is taken through this website.

5. Results and Timelines

AI search visibility typically builds over 3–6 months as content, citations and authority compound. Early signals may appear sooner, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, placement in any AI engine’s answers, numbers of leads, traffic or revenue. AI engines and search engines are operated by third parties and change their systems without notice.

What we commit to is the work described in your engagement, the tracking, and regular reporting.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Month-to-month engagements may be cancelled with notice before the next billing period. Annual engagements are committed for the agreed term unless otherwise stated in your written agreement. Because the service consists of work performed, fees for periods already worked are non-refundable. Specific terms in a signed client agreement take precedence over this section.

7. Acceptable Use

We may decline or end an engagement if a client asks us to:

• Promote illegal products, services or activities
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Publish false, misleading or defamatory claims
• Create spam, malware or other harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

Content created for and delivered to you as part of the service becomes your property once paid for. The AIO Automatic software, methods, algorithms and proprietary technology used to deliver the service remain the intellectual property of AIO Automatic.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Automatic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for changes in rankings, AI engine answers, traffic or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
